We are a small boutique glass shop, where the glass we fabricate creates beautiful, high-end frameless showers, including showers for the Street of Dreams and the Tour of Remodeled Homes. We install all the glass we produce, creating a connection to the customer that provides regular feedback and a sense of pride. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
GLASS FABRICATORS -- EXPERIENCED TO ENTRY LEVEL
We are looking for glass fabricators with a commitment to quality. All positions must be able to lift and maneuver 75+ pounds throughout a shift, read a tape measure, and be committed to producing quality results.
- Experienced Positions: our small shop environment allows for more variety throughout the day and the ability to master every aspect of the fabrication process. Should be self-directed and able to guide others; able to operate cutting table, edgers, furnace and milling machine; and to perform manual cutting and drilling. IGU experience is not needed.
- Entry-Level Positions: this is a great opportunity to learn new skills, make an immediate positive impact and grow long-term with the company. Shoul dbe able to understand written and verbal work instructions; have a positive attitude, be dependable and have a great work ethic. Any manufacturing or construction experience is a plus.
EXPERIENCED SHOWER GLASS INSTALLER/GLAZIER
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience with heavy-glass showers, along with the ability to adjust to our methods. Other requirements include a great attitude, rapport with homeowners, ability to lift 75 pounds throughout the day, and a valid driver's license.
ENTRY LEVEL SHOWER GLASS INSTALLER/GLAZIER
We are looking for an entry-level employee who is interested in learning a trade. Applicant must have a positive attitude, be hard-working, dependable, have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 75 pounds throughout the day. We will be looking for someone with a strong work ethic, dedication, and a willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done. Starting skills should include an ability to read a tape measure and general use of small tools. We will train you to do the rest.
