Bio: Shannon McKinney owns DT Glass, located in Oregon City, a suburb of Portland, Oregon. DT Glass has been installing frameless glass showers, wine rooms, back-painted glass, and other residential interior glass since 1997. With the opening of their fabrication plant in 2017, they have the distinction of being the only glass shop in the Pacific Northwest to fabricate and temper the glass they install.
Shannon has a background in consulting and enjoys sharing her passion for training and education with her customers and peers. She began her career as a CPA and has held many roles including: consultant, corporate trainer, controller, and operations manager; before purchasing DT Glass with her husband Mike, in 2010. Mike and Shannon are proud to be part of the community of historic Oregon City where they have their business, their home, and raised their 20 year-old-son, Nick.
At DT Glass, Shannon is focused on supporting the architects, designers, contractors, and builders they serve through seminars, plant tours, and consultations.
